FACILITIES
Stables
The DIY roof lit stables at Whincover Farm range from a minimum 10 x 12 with a number of larger stables also available. All yards have a secure tack room and kitchen area. The yard also has a communal toilet facility.
Ménage
The Ménage is 40x20 and is fully drained enabling use in all weather conditions. The surface is a mix of sand and chopped tyre and is levelled on a regular basis to provide an optimum riding surface. For riders wishing to ride at night we have 6 powerful floodlights allowing riders to ride until 10pm when needed. We can also offer a wide range of brand new lightweight jumps for riders to use in the ménage.
Grazing
We have a total of 3 fields for the horses which are maintained annually to prevent weed growth and provide excellent quality grass turnout. All of our fields are securely fenced with a combination of post and rail and electric. Mares and geldings separate in small groups with 24 hour turnout during summer months.
Pasture & Amenity Turf Management
We are able to offer both weed control and fertiliser application to grassland within the South Yorkshire area. Please contact us for further details.
